Rosie was rescued from the local pound and has been in foster care for several months. Her foster parent can no longer care for her and she is now in a vet kennel. Rosie is spending most of her time now in a small pen with limited time to play. She is becoming extremely bored. She loves to play with balls, chase and retrieve, loves to go to the lake and play in water. She is very strong and pulls on lead. She was taken to 6 weeks of obedience training and did learn the basic commands.
